67th Annual Meeting Takes Place
|
CHELCO’s 67th Annual Meeting ended at noon on April 19, following the business meeting and drawing for door prizes. During the meeting, the results of the trustee election were announced. Jim Bishop, District 3; Ronnie Jones, District 5; and Gayle Patterson Hughes, District 8, were re-elected for another three-year term on the board.
In the prize drawing for members who returned their ballots, Adrian Gillis won the 25”-27” color TV
valued at approximately $250. Steadman Shealy won the $100 WalMart gift card.
Members who attended the Annual Meeting were eligible for two grand prizes. Freddy Baker won an LCD flat screen TV valued at approximately $1,000, and John P. Griggs won a $750 credit on his electric bill.
