- 2 cups cut up leftover meat (turkey, ham or chicken)
- 1 can mushrooms (4 1/3 oz.)
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss, cheddar or Monterey Jack)

Layer meat and cheese in a square baking pan (12 inch). In a blender, beat 1 ½ cups milk, ¾ cup Bisquick Baking Mix and 3 eggs. Pour over meat and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until light brown on top. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
