4 chicken breasts with bone in (with or without skin)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 envelope Lipton’s Onion Soup mix (dry)
2 cups uncooked Minute Rice (brown or white)
Mix mushroom and chicken soups with rice. Spoon into flat baking dish. Layer raw chicken on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle onion soup on top of chicken. Cover either with lid or foil pressed tightly around edges. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
