Dish Pan Cookies

  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups cooking oil
  • 2 Tbs. vanilla
  • 24 oz. chocolate chips
  • 5 cups uncrushed corn flakes
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups plain flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 1 ½ cups nuts
Mix sugar, oil and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs one at a time. Add the rest and mix by hand. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
