Rice Pilaf

  • 1 cup Uncle Ben’s converted rice
  • 1 can Campbell’s onion soup
  • 1 can Campbell’s beef broth
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • ¾ stick melted butter
  • Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake covered in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes more. Make sure most of the liquid is absorbed fore taking casserole out of oven. May add leftover chicken, beef or pork and use as a main dish.
