Mini-meal recipe easy enough for kids to cook

flat bottom tortilla shells/chips
- ½
cup salsa
- ½
lb. shrimp, cooked in your favorite seasoning,
coarsely chopped
- ½
cup white beans, drained
- ½
cup pepper jack cheese
- 2
green onions, sliced
- ¼
small red pepper, thinly sliced

Line bottom of microwave-safe serving dish with shells. Evenly spoon salsa into shells. Layer shrimp, beans, cheese, green onions and red pepper. Microwave on high for one minute until hot and bubbly.
