Save
time and money by signing up for our Bank Draft program.
We will electronically draft your checking or savings account
for your monthly bill. The electronic transaction date,
which is 13 days after the bill is prepared, will appear on
your monthly bill statement.

the Bank Draft Form and then mail, fax, or deliver
the form in person to any area office. Please attach a
voided check from the account you wish the funds to be drawn
