CHELCO allows net metering for interconnected renewable generation with a maximum capacity of 50 KW (kilowatts). Members who choose to sell power back onto the grid can do so at the cooperative’s avoided cost of generation.

All interested parties must complete CHELCO’s Net Metering Application for approval prior to interconnection.
