Prior to obtaining a building permit, the Building Department will require you to have an Energy Code Form completed. At CHELCO, we perform the calculations for the Energy Code Form FREE for builders in our service territory.

Please allow 7 - 10 business days for us to complete the calculations and get everything back to you. Also, make sure that you completely fill out the Energy Code Request Form. Incomplete forms will delay the process.
