The coronavirus has shaken us to our collective core, and nothing in the past few decades has been this disruptive on a long-term scale to our economy and our communities. We are committed to maintaining our service reliability during this time of crisis, and as we begin to resume our normal business, we will work with members who are struggling financially due to the coronavirus. As a not-for-profit cooperative, we always put our members first, and we will work closely with you to help get you back on your feet as Florida slowly reopens. We understand that sometimes the money isn't always there, and that's okay. We'll remain flexible and will offer several options to fit your needs and get you caught up on your balance.
