I understand that by joining ORU, beginning January 2019, my monthly electric bill will be rounded-up to the nearest dollar. That rounded-up change will be used strictly for donations to community causes in accordance with the elected CHELCO board of trustees' policy. I understand that I may discontinue my participation at any time.
