With averaged billing, your bill will be the average of the 11 months prior. This helps smooth out the seasonal highs and lows of your bill, reducing unexpected increases or decreases in your amount due. To sign up for averaged billing, download this form and send it to us or drop it by one of our offices.
Our prepay program allows members to pay for electricity on their own schedule. You can add funds whenever you prefer, and daily notifications will keep you updated on your account's balance, so you'll know when it's time to add funds. Time of Use Rate
Our time of use rate plan is ideal for members who are conservative with their energy usage during the hours when our system is at its peak usage. This plan offers lower rates during off-peak hours and higher rates during the 3-4 peak hours each day. Click here to find out if this plan is for you.
