Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperative Inc. (CHELCO) is committed to providing safe, reliable electric service. As part of our ongoing system maintenance program, contracted crews from ALCAN Management will be performing right-of-way maintenance in the Holt area beginning Tuesday, August 4, weather permitting.

Maintaining clear rights-of-way around power lines helps improve reliability, reduces the risk of outages caused by trees and vegetation, and allows crews to safely access equipment when repairs are needed.

Work in the area is expected to last approximately three weeks. Crews will be clearly identified and working within CHELCO's utility easements and rights-of-way.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we make investments to keep your electric system safe and reliable.
