⚠️ AN UPDATE ON ESTIMATED TIMES OF RESTORATION

Under most normal circumstances, we can provide fairly accurate restoration estimates. However, with the extensive damage caused by Hurricane Isaias, it is simply too early in the process to provide reliable estimations.

Some members will have their power restored very soon while for others it may be a few days. Although system repairs are underway and some members are already having their electric service restored, inspectors must complete the damage assessment process before a reliable estimate can be announced. Stay tuned.

We’re incredibly proud of our CHELCO employees, contractors, mutual aid crews, and first responders for coming together to restore power to nearly 16,000 members already today. For the more than 55,000 members who remain without power, we will continue working around the clock until every last meter is spinning again.
